MF/UF/NF/RO Skids

Classical Microfiltration (MF), Ultrafiltration (UF), Nanofiltration (NF), and Reverse Osmosis (RO) skids are versatile membrane filtration systems designed for a wide range of applications. These skids can operate individually or in series, allowing for sequential filtration processes. They are ideal for testing pure water, wastewater, and recycling applications. The modular design enables the use of various membrane types and sizes, making them suitable for both small-scale and large-scale operations. Key features include:

ATEX OSN Skid

The ATEX Organic Solvent Nanofiltration (OSN) skid is designed for safe operation in hazardous environments, compliant with ATEX regulations. This skid is used for the separation and purification of organic solvents, making it ideal for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. It is housed inside a high-pressure lab, capable of operating at temperatures up to 120°C and pressures up to 50 bar. Key features include:

Gas separation systems utilize advanced membrane technology to separate gases based on their molecular size and solubility. These systems can be configured with either polymer films or hollow fibers and can operate under constant pressure or constant volume conditions. Key features include:

The Electrodialysis (ED) pilot system is designed for efficient ion separation and purification. It is compact and mobile, making it easy to transport and set up. Key features include:
