Membrane technology offers opportunities for more sustainable industrial processes, ranging from water reuse and resource recovery to bioprocessing and energy-efficient separations. However, translating promising membrane technologies from laboratory research into industrial applications is not always straightforward. During the upcoming INNOMEM webinar, “The Future of Membranes: Hype, Limitations and Industrial Opportunities,” experts from the membrane field will discuss where membrane technology can make a difference, what challenges remain, and how research and industry can work together to accelerate implementation.
